About JoshJosh firstly is a proud and passionate Southern Gold Coast local that has lived abroad, yet always appreciates and recognises where he is from and wants to contribute to the local community. A 17 year career that spans across multiple sectors of Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Construction, his corporate roles have included Commercial, Business Development, Major Project Bid Management, Marketing and Executive Strategy positions for both large multinational Tier 1 organisations as well as family owned and operated businesses. With his extensive experience and passion for collaboration, Josh is currently one of the founders and Directors of his own business advisory consultancy, LANDY Advisory Pty. Ltd., which is based here on the Southern Gold Coast. LANDY Advisory services include executive strategy development and implementation, project management, corporate organisational support, business development, strategic partnerships value creation, systems and qualifications compliance and improvement, marketing, team building facilitation, bid proposal management and win strategies. Josh's previous role was General Manager - Strategic Development for proud Gold Coast family owned company the SEE Group, which provided him with the exciting career opportunity to oversee the business strategy across the organisation and subsidiary businesses SEE Civil and Quarry Solutions. Josh's ability to build meaningful long term relationships for the SEE Group across a diverse range of clients and sectors enabled him to achieve a sustainable and profitable revenue stream for the Group's businesses, whilst also supporting and empowering career development opportunities for his team and colleagues. Josh's collaborative leadership qualities positioned himself as an integral member of the Senior Management Team at the SEE Group. He successfully led both the client engagement and project win strategies to secure project delivery opportunities in both existing and new industry sectors for the SEE Group, including Major Infrastructure and Urban Development, Rail, Road, Mining, Water, Defence, Renewable Energy and Aviation. Josh is a strategic thinker who consistently seeks to improve and challenge himself and his team. His ability to develop and implement initiatives that are collaborative, robust and innovative enables the achievement of "best for project outcomes", benefiting LANDY Advisory's clients and their stakeholders. |
