Walk for a bloke

We are thrilled to announce the 2024 "Walk for a Bloke," a nationwide event taking place on the 23rd of March, spanning across major cities like Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Broome, The Gold Coast, Adelaide, London, and Fort Worth, Texas.

The primary objective of this walk is to raise crucial funds and awareness for men's mental health and suicide prevention. We believe that fostering open conversations and increasing awareness can make a significant difference in supporting those who need it most.

Here's how you can get involved:

Register as an Individual or Group: Whether you're flying solo or gathering a group of mates, your participation matters. Registering is quick and easy; simply scan the QR code in the attached flyer for your specific location.

Create a Team: Follow the example set by SEE Group and register a team. Set a fundraising goal and rally your Blokes to join forces for a great cause. Together, we can achieve remarkable results.

Contribute to the 121 Program: The funds raised from the walk will directly support Spoke to a Bloke's 121 program, providing critical clinical assistance to those in need.

After the invigorating walk, we invite you to join Spoke to a Bloke at a local pub for a well-deserved beer, a light feed, and a lot of banter and laughs. It's a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who share a common goal of making a positive impact on men's mental health.

Let's come together and be a force for change. Your involvement can make a significant difference, and we encourage you to spread the word within your network. The more Blokes we have walking and talking, the greater the impact we can make.

Thank you for considering this important cause. We look forward to seeing you at the 2024 "Walk for a Bloke."
